Terms of Service

The deal, in plain English.

Last updated: July 19, 2026

By using Cimplora (the "app," at cimplora.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Cimplora is

Cimplora is a tool that helps you estimate your take-home pay from a pay rate and work schedule, and plan your budget, savings, and finances. It's built for hourly, salaried, rotational, and blue-collar workers.

Important — estimates, not professional advice. Cimplora's numbers (pay, taxes, deductions, and everything derived from them) are estimates to help you plan. They are not tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice, and they aren't a guarantee of what you'll actually be paid. Tax rules vary and change. Always verify against your actual pay stub, and consult a qualified professional before making important money, tax, or job decisions.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Free and paid features

The core calculator and its planning tools are free. Some advanced features (such as AI pay-stub or receipt scanning) may require payment in the future; today they're free while the app grows. If a paid plan is introduced, it will be clearly described and you'll choose whether to buy it — you will never be charged without notice. See our Pricing page.

4. "As is" — no warranty

Cimplora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cimplora and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app's estimates. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters and your data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

7. Changes

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use Cimplora means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
